Piraeus to Aegina by ferry

Athens Gate E8 ferry Aegina

Route map: Athens, Piraeus Gate E8, Aegina

Aegina sits in the Saronic Gulf, a short ferry hop from Piraeus, the main port of Athens. It is one of the easiest Greek-island day trips from the capital: reach Gate E8 in Piraeus, sail to Aegina's main port (some sailings use Souvala or Agia Marina), and you are on the island. This site gathers the airport and city links, the ferry operators, both ends of the crossing and practical island contacts from official sources.
